The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. It's a short walk! The staff at reception were very attentive. I also appreciated the speedy resolution when the air conditioning briefly stopped. They fixed it promptly.

the room was a nice size and clean. the breakfast was decent, lots available even when i arrived 30 minutes before closing (it was still hot!). the location is great because it's a short walk to the train station. it's only two stops to the city center.
the bathroom fan is noisy and runs constantly.

The location suited me. It was a short walk to the train station. the shower was great, and the room was very clean. overall, the location near transportation made travel easy, and the cleanliness of the room was appreciated.
the refrigerator in the kitchenette did not cool well. it was described as a chiller box instead of a fridge, only capable of maintaining the temperature of already cool items.

amazing stay close to central!

the staff was cute and helpful. the room had a modern style and felt super clean ,especially the bathroom. i found it so convenient being close to the train station ,making trips to central amsterdam and the airport quick!
i did notice the pillows were quite firm ,almost brick-like ,and i found it hard to get comfortable. it was a minor thing ,but better pillows would enhance sleep quality.

The soap dispenser in my bathroom required a very firm push to get any soap out.
